VIDEO : Bruce Campbell Bids 'Evil Dead' Character Farewell

Bruce Campbell?s career took off after he began working with the ?Evil Dead? franchise. Yet the Starz series ?Ash vs. Evil Dead? has been cancelled and the ?Evil Dead? era has ended. Campbell took to Facebook to thank everyone for the love his character has gotten over the years. He said: ?I bid you a heartfelt farewell playing Ash ? the character I took acting lessons with for 39 years.? He then went on to say that he was a ?thrill? and a ?privilege? to play the character for so long.
