Bill Cosby?s retrial is currently underway with judge Steven T. O?Neill at the head of it. The defense has requested to read portions of a key witness? pervious deposition to the jury. The judge is deliberating whether to allow this or not since they cannot get a hold of the witness. The witness, Sheri Williams, is a friend of an alleged sexual assault victim Andrea Constand She has not responded to subpoenas and Cosby?s defense team believe she can give special insight.
