Reuters reports on a new show in Rome that brings Michelangelo's masterpieces to new audiences outside the Vatican's Sistine Chapel. High definition images of the 500-year-old works are projected onto the walls and ceiling of a symphony hall in Rome for a new show called ?Giudizio Universale (Universal Judgment) - Michelangelo and the secrets of the Sistine Chapel?. The images are accompanied by lasers, dancers, and music from ageless British rock star Sting. The show is produced by Italian creative director Marco Balich, who also curated the 2016 Rio Olympics opening ceremony. The show is scheduled to run until March. The Venetian artist has reportedly said that he was considering doing similar shows for other landmark monuments such as the Egyptian pyramids or the Great Wall of China.
