VIDEO : ABC Orders Spinoff of Comedy Series ?The Goldbergs?

ABC has given a series order to a spinoff of its comedy series ?The Goldbergs." The spinoff, which will be set in the 1990s, follow the teachers of William Penn Academy ? led by Tim Meadows' Principal Glascott, Bryan Callen's Coach Mellor and AJ Michalka's Lainey Lewis. A spinoff was previously first ordered last February, with Meadows and Callen attached to star, but was ultimately not picked up. Meanwhile, 'The Goldbergs' has been renewed through Season 6, with the program's fifth season currently set to conclude May 15.
