Carrie Underwood has shared a close up of her face on Instagram. The singer took a picture of herself after finishing a rehearsal for the ACM Awards. In her photo she said: ?Can?t wait until tomorrow night!? This is the first clear photo that she has posted of her entire face after suffering her accident. After falling on the front steps of her home Underwood had to get 40 stitches on her face.
