VIDEO : Milos Forman, Director Of 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest,' Dies

CNN reports that Director Milos Forman, best known for his work on Oscar-winning films 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' and 'Amadeus' has died. The 86 year-old actor was born in Caslav, Czech Republic in 1932. According to Forman's official biography, both of his parents were killed in Nazi concentration camps during World War II. He received numerous awards, including a Directors Guild of America's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013 for motion picture direction. Former DGA President Taylor Hackford once said of Forman, "Milo? finds the universality of the human experience in every story, allowing us -- his rapt audience -- to recognize ourselves within the struggle for free expression and self-determination that Milo? so aptly portrays on the silver screen."
