VIDEO : Zooey Deschanel's Legal Battle With Former Manager Settled

Zooey Deschanel has finally settled her dispute with her former manager. Deschanel was sued by Seven Summits Picture & Management, claiming she owed commissions. The actress then filed a cross-complaint for breach of fiduciary duty against the manager. Los Angeles County Superior Court granted summary judgment in favor of Seven Summits. But Seven Summits has now filed a request for dismissal, both parties reaching a settlement.
