Arnold Schwarzenegger was released from Cedars-Sinai hospital in L.A. on Friday.
The actor and former California governor had heart surgery.
Best known for his role in the "Terminator" film, Schwarzenegger sent out an optimistic tweet from his hospital bed on Monday.
He said, "It's true: I'm back! I went to sleep expecting to wake up with a small incision and woke up with a big one ? but guess what? I woke up, and that's something to be thankful for.
