Carrie Underwood is back in the studio, possibly working on new music. Underwood posted a black and white photo of herself in the studio on Instagram. This is the first photo she has posted showing her full face after her injury. The star got 40 stitches on her face after falling down the steps of her Nashville home. Although she warned fans she may look a bit different, many fans see no difference.
