An Rajasthan court jailed Bollywood star Salman Khan for five years.
Khan has been found guilty of poaching on Thursday.
The five year jail sentence is likely to derail his once unstoppable career.
Khan was found guilty of violating wildlife laws by killing a blackbuck in 1998.
Four other Bollywood actors accused in the case were acquitted.
Khan has submitted a plea for bail which a judge will hear on Friday.
