Sadly Sister Jean?s touch of God couldn?t elevate Loyola-Chicago as far as the NCAA National Championship game, so it was the Villanova and Michigan men?s basketball teams battling it out on Monday night. In the end, it was the Villanova Wildcats who were celebrating as the confetti fell after they beat the Michigan Wolverines 79-62. Michigan kept it close at first ? starting out fast but they soon lost their bite, then the Wildcats went wild with a runaway lead.
