Demi Lovato has begun spring with a new haircut. Lovato showed off her chin-length bob on her Instagram Story. Her hairstylist César DeLeön Ramirêz also showed off the new look on his own feed. Yet according to Refinery29, the new look is not permanent and is actually a wig. Ramirêz told Refinery29 the bob was a nice rest for Lovato?s extensions.
