Hawking, who had motor neurone disease, died at the age of 76, on March 14.
Actor, Eddie Redmayne, attended the funeral and honored Hawking by presenting a reading from Ecclesiastes.
Redmayne played Hawking in "The Theory of Everything," a 2014 drama.
