Diaz made the announcement during an interview with her co-stars from the 2002 film The Sweetest Thing, Christina Applegate and Selma Blair. The actresses were discussing their work schedules and a possible reunion to which Applegate said she?s ?semi-retired.? Diaz identified herself as both ?semi-retired? and ??actually retired." Diaz hasn't appeared in a film since 2014.
