On Friday, "This Is Us" star Chrissy Metz appeared on Wendy Williams.
She admitted that she's ended her relationship with boyfriend, Josh Stancil.
Josh is a cameraman. The pair met while filming NBC's "This Is Us."
Chrissy explained, ?I?m dating myself currently,? but that she and Josh are still friends.
She added, "?I?m always friends with people who I was previously with, which is important to me, you know? ... Because you care about the person. You don?t just dump them off.?
Josh had reportedly moved on to another show before they broke up.
