A woman named Chiara, recently tweeted that she was burglarized while traveling in New Zealand.
The thieves stole everything from her hotel room, including her Fenty Beauty makeup.
Although the Fenty Beauty obsessed fan didn't tag the brand, Fenty reps sent her a message.
"We're so sorry to hear! We're happy to help you replace those Fenty Beauty goodies."
Their tweet got thousands of likes and replies, thanking them for their awesome customer service.
