VIDEO : Original Ending Of 'Beetlejuice' Was Much Darker

Beetlejuice screenwriter Larry Wilson says the original ending was darker.
Beetlejuice was Tim Burton's second film ever.
The cult classic celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2018.
It was recently announced that the film is being adapted into a stage musical.
Wilson said in an new interview that the movie originally ended differently.
The original ending included the death of Lydia Deetz, played by Winona Ryder.:
