The assistant is Zelda Perkins.
She joined Miramax in London, working for Weinstein till 1998.
Perkins says she made Weinstein sign a legal agreement about his behavior.
Perkins signed a non-disclosure agreement.
It committed Weinstein to attend therapy for three years.
Weinstein was to be fired if he made any more payouts over alleged wrongdoing.
