iCarly was a great kids show on Nickelodeon starring Miranda Cosgrove, Jennette McCurdy, and Nathan Kress.
The show was produced by famed Nickelodeon producer Dan Schneider.
He made it a point for Carly to have unconventional parenting situation. In fact, all the characters had one parent.
The actors were also not allowed to improvise on set, only the shows writers. Fans still love their performances!
