But according to Uproxx, the writers of Russian-sleeper cell thriller "The Americans" has its work cut out for them. The sixth and final season will air on FX next Wednesday, and in it, the gulf widens between Philip and Elizabeth just as the cracks begin to show in the USSR--doomed to failure.
