Producers of Netflix series ?The Crown? have apologized to stars Claire Foy and Matt Smith for the ?media storm? over their pay discrepancy. Left Bank?s full apology was sent out to and shared by various media outlets. It began by calling Smith and Foy "brilliant actors and friends." The statement went on to say, "We understand and appreciate the conversation which is rightly being played out across society and we are absolutely united with the fight for fair pay."
