It's official, Cynthia Nixon the actress who play Miranda on HBO's highly acclaimed "Sex In The City" will run for Governor in the State Of NY. Nixon has already made a quite an imprint on the hearts of many in her home state while playing the dryly delightful lawyer, Miranda on Sex and the City. Over the years Nixon has become a progressive activist, moving eventually into the realm of politics. Nixon made the announcement on Twitter Monday, where she posted an official campaign video featuring her wife, Christine Marinoni, and their son, Max.
