During a training session for a movie, Ben Affleck showed off his huge back tattoo. Previously, the actor claimed that it wasn't real. The massive tattoo, featuring a colorful phoenix spreading its wings, made its first appearance in December 2015, when Affleck was working on the set of a movie. Reportedly, the ink represents a "rebirth" after getting divorced from Jennifer Garner. In an interview in 2016, Garner hinted at the ink being real, and commented on if she was the ashes in this scenario. She said: "Am I the ashes in this scenario? I take umbrage. I refuse to be the ashes.? The bright tattoo of the mythical creature covers Affleck?s entire back.
