VIDEO : Next Solo Batman Movie Won't Begin Production Until Next Year?

According to new reports, the next solo Batman movie, which will be directed by 'War for the Planet of the Apes' Matt Reeves, won?t go into production until 2019 at the earliest. If the film does indeed start rolling cameras early next year, it could potentially hit theaters by mid 2020. Its unclear as of now if current Batman Ben Affleck will remain in the role going forward, given that starring in Reeves' planned trilogy for the caped crusader would require him resigning his contract with Warner Bros. As of now, Affleck only has one movie left on his current deal with the studio.
