Matt Damon and Ben Affleck will be adopting an inclusion rider in all future projects, head of strategic outreach for their Pearl Street Films production company, Fanshen Cox DiGiovanni, announced on Twitter Monday. While Hollywood has made some strides forward in recent years, the industry still struggles to achieve widespread diversity.
