Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige wants more diversity in Marvel films.

Now working on the first female-led 'Captain Marvel' movie, Feige sees it as a positive change.

I think we're seeing it shift from a very purposeful initiative to just a fact of life, to just a way of doing business.
