A former lover of ?Glee? star Mark Salling has filed papers against the actor?s estate, stating that she?s owed money from a lawsuit settlement with him. In the papers, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Roxanne Gorzela says that she?s a creditor to the estate, because ?I have a civil judgment in Los Angeles County ? in the amount of $2,710,155.28.? ?Assets of the estate are currently undetermined,? the court papers also state. ?Petitioner requests that any assets be placed in a blocked account when marshalled.
