Much ado has been made about The Walking Dead?s declining ratings. In season five, episodes were regularly pulling in 14 million viewers, which was an astronomical number for a cable series. The show is still wildly popular, especially in the key age 18-to-49 demographic. However, this past Sunday?s episode of the series drew a 2.9 rating in its target demo, and 6.8 million viewers. That is the lowest rating in the key demographic that the show put up since its first season back in 2010.
