Disney?s live-action ?Mulan" has been pushed back to March 2020. It was previously slated for November 2, 2018. The remake stars Chinese actress Liu Yifei in the titular role and is being directed by Niki Caro. Fans thanked Disney for casting an Asian actress in the role after the decision was announced. The studio is also currently working on live-action remakes of "Aladdin" and "The Lion King." The animated ?Mulan" was released in 1998.
