VIDEO : Original Screenwriter Sues Over 'The Disaster Artist'

Ryan Moody has filed a lawsuit against Rabbit Bandini Productions and Point Grey Pictures.
The writer of the original screenplay, Moody claims he was tricked into selling the rights to his drafts for a meager sum.
A former student and subsequent teaching assistant of James Franco?s, Moody adapted his script from Greg Sestero?s book of the same name
