Comedian Kristen Wiig is in talks to join 'Wonder Woman 2.'
Variety is reporting that Wiig is the top choice to play villain Cheetah.
Insiders tell Variety that Wiig was high on director Patty Jenkins list for the role.
Not much is known about the plot of the film.
Rumor has it the story will take place during the height of the Cold War.
The film is slated for release November 1, 2019.
