VIDEO : What Happens To Warner Bros. And DC If Time Warner/AT&T Merger Fails?

Will the DC Universe, both cinematic and comics versions, soon be for sale?
The Wrap reported yesterday on the current state of the DC Extended Universe. It noted that Warner Bros. Is focusing on delivering movies about the core Justice League team members. Films about other characters like Batgirl and Nightwing are on the back burner.
It also notes that, should the currently stalled merger between AT&T and Time Warner fall through. Warner Bros. is likely to be broken up into parts and sold off individually. Time Warner is Warner Bros.? parent company. Where DC Comics would fall under that dismantling is unclear.
