According to a report by Screen Rant, Stephen King's eery narrative poem 'The Bone Church' is being adapted into a TV series. The poem is told from the perspective of a drunken bar patron telling the story of a doomed, jungle expedition to find the mystical Bone Church. According to the report, the show will be developed by director David Ayer and Mr Mercedes executive producer Chris Long's Cedar Park Entertainment. Fans of King are currently experiencing something of a golden age of adaptations of the author?s work, with successful adaptations appearing in both theaters and on streaming services.
