Elvis Presley?s daughter Lisa Marie is suing her former manager Barry Siegel
Siegel ran Elvis Presley Enterprises, the trust Elvis left for his daughter after his death in 1977.
Presley claims he sold 85% her interest in the company for $100 million in 2005, and used the money from the sale to invest in Core Entertainment
Core is the parent company of American Idol, which went bankrupt in 2016
As a result of the bankruptcy, Presley said she lost $24.5 M.
Presley is facing other legal battles, as well, having recently made headlines for her financial woes.
During her divorce from Michael Lockwood, Presley claimed she was $16M in debt.
Presley also owes over $10M in taxes and has defaulted on her debt of more than $6M from her home in the UK.
