Fit and Fed is a programme run by sports charity Street Games ?to tackle holiday hunger, inactivity and isolation.?
Harry met with young volunteers and coaches who devote their time to activator sessions organised by Sport at the Heart ? a community charity that is also part of the Fit and Fed programme.
The 33-year-old also spent time with kitchen volunteers who prepare and hand out meals for the kids involved in the programme.
