VIDEO : Producers Say Uma Thurman's Injury On Set Of 'Kill Bill' Never Should Have Happened

On Saturday, the New York Times published a report in which Uma Thurman alleged that Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted her while also speaking out against director Quentin Tarantino. The director allegedly forced Thurman, on the set of "Kill Bill," to do a scene she wanted a stunt driver to do instead, which lead to her being injured. A report by Business Insider says that producers in the industry have said that the incident should have been stopped. On Monday, Thurman said in a post on Instagram, "Quentin Tarantino was deeply regretful and remains remorseful about this sorry event, and gave me the footage years later so I could expose it and let it see the light of day. The cover up after the fact is unforgivable. For this I hold Lawrence Bender, E. Bennett Walsh, and the notorious Harvey Weinstein solely responsible."
