Emmy-winning actor Reg E. Cathey had died. According to TMZ the actor passed away in his New York City home at the age of 59 after battling cancer. Cathey was known best for his role as Freddy in "House of Cards" and his role as Norman Wilson in "The Wire." During his time in "House of Cards" he was nominated for an Emmy three time and won one in 2015. Creator of "The Wire" David Simon posted on Twitter that Cathey was not just a "masterful actor" but a "delightful human being" as well.
