VIDEO : Nickelodeon Renews 'Sunny Day' for a Second Season

Nickelodeon has renewed the animated series 'Sunny Day' for a second season. Season 2 of the show, which follows a 10-year-old master hairstylist and entrepreneur as she goes on new adventures in the town of Friendly Falls, will consist of 20 new episodes. The network says it will also launch the Sunny Day Tour, an on-ground activation that will travel to cities across the U.S. It will start at the Bentonville Film Festival in May and make stops at select Walmart stores during the summer.
