According to Us Weekly, RHONY Bethenny Frankel gave a positive update on Luann de Lesseps Tuesday.
Frankel said during 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen' on Tuesday that LuAnn was 'doing great.'
She described de Lesseps as 'strong,' 'not delusional,' and 'in a good place.
De Lesseps was arrested on Christmas Eve in Palm Beach, Florida.
She's been charged with resisting arrest, disorderly intoxication, and other felonies.
