Matt Smith will be playing Charles Manson in ?Charlie Says,? a new film directed by Mary Harron.
Smith recently appeared on ?The Crown? and BBC's ?Doctor Who.?
The film also stars Suki Waterhouse, Hannah Murray, Odessa Young, Marianne Rendon, Cara Gugino, Kaylie Carter and Merritt Wever.
The film focuses on 3 young women who were sentenced to death after the violent Manson murders.
But the death penalty was lifted and they were sentenced to life imprisonment.
