Rose McGowan is cancelling all upcoming public appearances. During a promotion event of her new book "Brave" McGowan got into a verbal altercation with a trans woman. According to McGowan, the woman "verbally assaulted" McGowan over transphobic comments she had made in the past. McGowan claims that the woman she fought was a verbal actor paid to attack her. In her tweet about the incident McGowan called all those in the room with her complicit and said that they had all failed her.
