Powerful women in the entertainment industry are calling out Recording Academy President Neil Portnow. They want Portnow to resign after he told women they had to ?step up? to win more Grammys. Portnow said women would be welcomed if they stepped it up . Pink quickly slammed the president saying on Twitter that women have been ?killing it? in music. The women wrote: ?We step up every single day and have been doing so for a long time. The fact that you don?t realize this means it?s time for you to step down.?
