VIDEO : Suits Gets Another Season Despite Exit Of Lead Patrick J. Adams

USA Network has officially renewed Suits for an eighth season.
The pickup, which has been expected since November, will keep the Aaron Korsh-created drama going after stars Patrick J. Adams and Meghan Markle wrap their runs in the second half of season seven (which returns March 28 at 9 p.m.).
To help fill the void, Dule Hill has been promoted to series regular. The actor and Psych grad returned to the NBCUniversal-owned cable network last year when he booked a recurring role on Suits.
