Another royal change! Meghan Markle is reportedly planning to give a speech during the reception of her upcoming nuptials to Prince Harry, which would be a royal wedding first. The Sunday Times reported on January 28 that the former Suits actress, 36, will give an ?affectionate tribute? to Harry and their family and friends. ?She wants to have the chance to thank her husband and everyone who has supported them,? a source told The Times. ?Harry thinks it?s a great idea.?
