Rapper ASAP Rocky is trying out the acting scene. The 29-year-old rapper plays William King in the adaptation of Walter Dean Meyers' book, "Monster". The story follows a teenager who is wrongfully imprisoned for robbery and murder. Directory Anthony Mandler told Collider that things didn't go as planned on set while filming a fight scene. The actors were performing their own stunts and didn't rehearse the fight. ASAP Rocky ended up breaking his nose during one of the takes. According to the director, Rocky wanted to keep filming, but they halted production so he could receive medical attention.
