Director Reed Morano is shooting down the rumors that she?s been selected to direct a Star Wars project. After it was reported that she had a lengthy meeting with Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, fans were quick to speculate on what that meeting could mean. What had fans most excited however was the possibility that Morano could be in talks to direct a Star Wars project. Her hiring would have been a first for the studio, considering that all Star Wars films have been directed by white men.
