VIDEO : Minnie Mouse Finally Gets A Hollywood Star

On Monday, Minnie Mouse finally got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She waited 90 years and saw a trail of men and Disney princesses get there before her.
Minnie Mouse made her movie debut in the 1928 film ?Steamboat Willie.? Her co-star and beau Mickey Mouse got his bronze plaque on Hollywood Boulevard back in 1978.
But it took another 40 years for Minnie to join him on the Walk of Fame. She appeared in more than 70 animated movies.
Walt Disney Co Chief Executive Bob Iger said at the ceremony unveiling the 2,627th star, ?In true Hollywood fashion, she delivered a memorable performance but Mickey got all the credit. After 90 years in show business, it?s certainly about time you got your star."
