The Walking Dead will be getting a painted wall billboard in Brooklyn, New York to prepare for the back half of its eighth season. Greg Nicotero wanted to reflect on some of his favorite titles and most influential works in the new collage which features each of The Walking Dead's main characters. As a kid, he says he was heavily influenced by movie poster artists like John Berkey who gave us the 1976 version of King Kong and The Towering Inferno and Roger Kastel who created the poster of Jaws and The Empire Strikes Back. He wanted to bring back some of that style and flair in this piece by telling a story in a painting as opposed to just a photo collage. The Walking Dead returns for the second half of its eighth season on February 25, 2018. Fear the Walking Dead will debut its fourth season after The Walking Dead concludes its eighth, at 10 pm ET on April 15.
