"Stranger Things" star David Harbour has made a new promise to a fan on Twitter. On Tuesday, Harbour replied to a fan who asked him to officiate her wedding. If she gets 125,000 retweets, Harbour says he'd get ordained and perform the ceremony. After pledging to take school photos with a fan (and following through), Harbour has now promised to officiate another fan's wedding.
