VIDEO : Halsey Gets A New Tattoo!

Halsey has tatted herself up once again! The artist is known for her many tattoos and actually has well over 20 designs on her body. Some of her old tattoos are a triple X on her hand and a minimalist drawing of two faces kissing on her leg. Now she has added another one to the long list of tattoos and it is a quote on her neck saying "I'm a loser, baby." The line is from a famous 90s song by Beck. The font of the lyrics are in cursive and only take up a small portion of her neck
